The Board

Michael O’Sullivan MPFP, FAICD. Michael is the Non-Executive Chairman of Provident Cashflow and has over 19 years experience in finance and investment. He has been with the Provident Capital Group since its commencement. Michael has extensive experience in mortgage lending, both on a private and securitised basis, general financing and financial planning. Michael holds a Masters of Personal Financial Planning and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Malcolm Bersten B.Com, LL.B, GAICD. Malcolm is a Non-Executive Director of Provident Cashflow and is a solicitor with over 27 years experience in business, finance and commercial property law. He is the principal of Bersten Pain solicitors and is accredited by the Law Society of NSW as a specialist in business law. Malcolm is also a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Malcolm has been involved with the Provident Capital Group since the first debenture prospectus in 1998.

Scott Marinchek BS.Fin, GAICD. Scott is a Non-Executive Director of Provident Cashflow and has over 24 years experience in investment banking, risk management and strategic consulting. Scott has held corporate governance roles with Citigroup, Credit Suisse First Boston, Merrill Lynch, Salomon Brothers and Zurich Financial Services. Scott has a BS degree specialising in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from the Wharton School of Business, is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a member of the Australian Venture Capital Association.

Trevor Seymour PNA, GAICD. Trevor is a Non-Executive Director of Provident Cashflow and a partner of brentnallsnsw Chartered Accountants. Trevor has been with brentnallsnsw since 1988, previously spending 11 years in banking. He has been involved with the Provident Capital Group since its inception and is experienced in general financing and business management. Trevor is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Frank Bush FCIS, FSIA. Frank is a practising chartered secretary and a consultant in company secretarial practice and corporate governance. He has 13 years experience as a company secretary of major listed companies and prior to that was an investment banker for 15 years. He is a solicitor, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and a Senior Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.
